Five-colored lotus pond fish and algae design bowl

Ming Dynasty, 16th century

Since the Ming dynasty, five-colored wares have been actively produced in Jingdezhen kilns.
This work depicts Kototaka Sennin-zu in the center, along with peony arabesque and lotus pond fish and algae designs in a belt shape.
It is an excellent work that has been certified as an important art object because it gives an impression of mastery of overglaze painting and a healthy impression.
